- Service Data: Booking history, diagnostic photos you upload, and S60 Rewards points balance.
3. AI Chatbot & Data Processing
Our application includes an AI-powered assistant to help with plumbing queries and app navigation. Regarding this service:
- Data Input: We do not require personal identity information to be shared within the chat interface.
- Processing: Chat data is processed to provide immediate responses. We do not use your personal conversations to "train" our AI models.
- Third-Party Providers: We use secure AI service providers (such as Google AI) to process your queries. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and dispatch plumbing services to your location.
- To manage and track your loyalty rewards and tier status.
- To verify payments made via EFT for call-out assessments.
- To provide customer support and appointment updates.
3. Data Security & Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing. Your data is stored securely and only shared with our internal team and authorized service providers to complete your requested work.
